    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
    • However, cancellation requests may not be entertained if the digital products have been delivered or if the download process has been initiated.
  2. Non-Cancellation for Perishable Digital Products:
    • Riargo.com does not accept cancellation requests for digital products.
    • Refunds may be considered only if the customer establishes that the delivered digital product is not as described or is of unsatisfactory quality.
  3. Damaged or Defective Digital Products:
    • Report any issues with the quality or functionality of digital products to our Customer Service team promptly.
    • The request will be processed after verification, and it must be reported within 7 days of receiving the digital product.
  4. Product Description Discrepancies:
    • If you believe that the received digital product differs significantly from the description, inform our customer service within 7 days of purchase.
    • The Customer Service Team will investigate and make an appropriate decision.
  5. Refunds for Dissatisfied Students:
    • Riargo.com provides a refund within 7 days to registered students who are not satisfied with the digital course, without any conditions.
  6. Refund Processing:
    • If Riargo.com approves a refund, it will take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed.
